There are 2 meanings here... firstly, health is so much more than the number on the scales that stares back at you. In fact, weight might be a completely inaccurate measure of your progress on any journey to a healthier life! (I discuss WHY its unreliable in this episode).... FOOD too, is so much more than numbers! We resort food to calories and macros BUT what we should be concerning ourselves with is what food is doing to our bodies and whether its helping us function better.
